Brothers Bonatto Marchello and Maurizio Gabriele Leone have combined their skills and vision to create an ambitious and sustainable project, serving the local community.
Luca and Fabrizio Bonatto Marchello, brothers and natives of Frassinette, bring with them over thirty years of experience in the restaurant world. After working in internationally renowned establishments, they decided to return to their roots to create something uniquely their own: a cuisine that smells of home, but with the professionalism gained through years of dining and cooking.
Maurizio Gabriele Leone, a manager with a 25-year career in the industrial sector, he rounds out the founding trio with his experience managing resources, capital, and complex projects. Strongly committed to social causes, he is the president of two associations and the organizer of the famous sporting event "La Corsa dei 5 Laghi" in Ivrea.
The name “Quin’z Top” encompasses everything we are:
Opened in June 2024, the restaurant has become a landmark in just a few months: for locals, summer vacationers, and visitors to the Canavese and Turin areas, attracting tourists from all over Italy and abroad.
